in 1966 most Yanks hadn't even heard of the The Who. By then they were a veteran band that had been performing live since they were teenagers. They really kicked ass.

This is great. Wish we could hear the whole concert. This must be the one where people were fighting over the seats as the band tried to play, referenced in the April 6, 1968 Fillmore East Concert when PT called the Village Theatre a "pisshole."

Because the released 8mm Footage, where we can clear see the big Screen with live Video and the three Cameraoperators on Stage .... If we watch these Footage here of The Who, we can imagin, how it may be .... I think these Videocrew from the Silverdome was great....

Grew up in Detroit and went to quite a few concerts, but took it for granted. When I think of all the concerts I could have gone to but didn't, it just about makes me sick.

Of the top ranking rock bands in history it's funny how The KInks never made it in the US and The Doors in the UK. I adore them equally.
